My Journey

I began my career in recruitment, which naturally evolved into human resource development. In this role, I found immense fulfillment in helping individuals progress in their careers and realise their potential. Over the years, I’ve been captivated by the human side of work, how people grow, connect, and contribute to the broader organisational culture.

In 2019, I expanded my understanding of organisational dynamics by studying Holacracy with Brian Robertson. This system, designed to provide people with more autonomy and clarity in their roles, aligned perfectly with my passion for empowering individuals in both their personal and professional lives.

In 2013, after a decade in human resource development, I transitioned into yoga teaching. I completed my training with Zenways, an approach that emphasizes mindfulness and presence in practice. Under the guidance of Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner, the first Englishman to achieve mastery in the rigorous Rinzai Zen tradition in Japan, I embraced the deeper spiritual and transformative potential of yoga beyond physical exercise.

The following year, I became a meditation and mindfulness teacher under Lama Shri Sadhu Dharmavira, a Buddhist monk with decades of experience in meditation-based relaxation techniques. This training deepened my ability to guide individuals toward mental and emotional well-being through mindfulness.

My commitment to holistic healing led me to become a Level II TRE practitioner and a certified Neurogenic Yoga teacher. TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a therapeutic technique that uses natural shaking to release tension and trauma stored in the body, allowing the nervous system to discharge stress and restore balance.

Expanding My Expertise

In recent years, I have expanded my work to specialise in sound and frequency therapy, including pain relief techniques. Chronic physical pain can often block emotional healing and hinder personal growth. By integrating sound therapy and SCENAR (Self-Controlled Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulator) technology, both non-invasive therapies that activate the body's natural self-healing mechanisms, I help clients achieve a more comprehensive sense of wellness.

Currently, I am studying with Jane Deacon to become a qualified polarity therapist. Polarity therapy focuses on realigning the energy body to achieve balance, complementing my holistic approach to healing and further enhancing my ability to support clients on their wellness journey.

My Approach and Philosophy

The culmination of my personal and professional experiences has shaped my holistic approach to wellbeing. I blend various modalities such as coaching, mindfulness, bodywork, and energy therapies, tailored to each client’s unique needs. With intuition, compassion, and expertise, I guide my clients toward optimal health, freedom, and happiness. Ultimately, my goal is to help them unlock their full potential and create the lives they envision.
